Manage Groups

Introduction 

 

The "Groups" feature simplifies the workflow for customers managing multiple websites. Websites often share common characteristics and properties. The "Group" feature allows users to organize websites with similar attributes into a single group, streamlining management and improving efficiency. 

  • Go to Groups& Assets > Discover & Manage > Protected Subdomain section. 
  • All groups associated with the account are displayed in the "Groups" section on the left. 
  • A search functionality is available to help you quickly find a group by name. 
  • Select a group from the list to view its properties and additional details. 

Details include: 

  1. Total number of applications present. 
  2. Total number of attacks and vulnerabilities found. 
  3. Total bandwidth usage (in GB) 
  4. Group lead name (Admin or account owner.) 

 

Create a Group 

 

  • Click Add Group
  • Provide the requested basic details, including the group name and description
  • Click Next
  • Select the websites you want to group, or use the search functionality to easily identify and group them. 
  • At least one site must be added when creating the group. 

 

Edit Group 

 

This option allows you to modify the basic details of the group and add or remove sites from the group. 

 

Application Details

 

All applications associated with the account, along with their details, are listed in the table below. 

Parameter Description 
Asset Name The web application URL is displayed here. 
Last Scan The date of the last scan performed for the site is displayed here. 
Open Vulnerabilities The total vulnerabilities detected in the last scan are displayed, along with their severity levels. 
Bandwidth Usage The total data served by the website (in GB). 
Total Attacks The total number of attacks identified during the last scan. 
WAF Status 

Three different options are available for WAF status of application. 

  • Log and block 
  • Log only 
  • Bypass 
API Security policy creation 

This field is only applicable for API applications.  

For websites, this field is blank. Displays the total count of APIs identified from the Swagger/Postman file, with information about which APIs are enabled or not enabled for protection. 

Red: Not enabled 

Green: Enabled 

Plan This field shows the plan selected for the site during the onboarding process. 
Unprotect To delete a subdomain or site from the protection status or for subdomains that no longer require protection, click Unprotect
Download Report 

The report provides a summary of the site for the last 30 days. 

Details include: 

  • Attacks blocked by severity 
  • Top attacks blocked 
  • Attack count, IP addresses, and geographic details, and more.
