Consultancy Service Listing
Lists all applications registered on the MSSP WAS platform. It serves as the starting point for consultants to view available services and track associated scan activities.
Accessing Consultancy Service Listing
- Navigate to WAS MSSP Consultant Admin.
- Click Consultancy Service.
Column Group | Description |
A.A. Service ID Customer ID | These serve as unique identifiers. The A.A. Service ID is the system-generated reference for each Authentication Audit service, while the Customer ID links the service to a specific client account. |
A.A. Scan URL Company Name | The target URL that was scanned and the associated company. |
Status Seal Status | The Status field reflects the current state of the service (e.g., Active, Inactive, Pending). The Seal Status shows whether the application’s security seal is Pass or Fail, providing a quick view of compliance and trust status for customers. |
Created Date Modified Date Activated On Expiry On Last Scan Date | These timeline fields capture the lifecycle of the service: Created Date (when the service was registered), Modified Date (last update to details or configuration), Activated On (when the service went live), Expire On (end of validity period), and Last Scan Date (most recent vulnerability assessment). This group provides a chronological record of service activity. |
Action | This column provides administrators with quick controls to manage the service. Options typically include editing service details or inactivating a scan record when it is no longer needed. |
Filtering and Search Controls
Filters allow narrowing down the displayed records for easier management and quick access to specific services or data.
Control | Description |
Service ID | Enter specific service IDs to fetch exact consultancy records. |
A.A. Scan URL | Lookup services by entering a scan URL. |
Search Date | A dropdown menu that lets you filter records based on specific service dates. Options include Created On, Modified On, Activated On, Expire On, and Last Scan On. Selecting one of these criteria ensures results are displayed according to the chosen date field. |
Select Period | Further date-based filtering. Provides predefined time filters for convenience. Options typically include Today, Yesterday, and Custom. |
From Date, To Date | Futher period based filtering if Custom is selected. Set a custom date range for precise filtering |
Steps:
- Fill in desired fields (e.g., Service ID, Scan URL).
- Click Search to apply filters and refresh records.
- Click Reset to clear all filters and show default set.
- Use Download CSV to export currently displayed records for reporting or analysis.
Viewing and Managing Records
The table displays the filtered consultancy services.
Use the Edit link to update service details or correct entries.
The Consultancy Services Edit window will open. Make the changes and click Save to apply them.
Use the Inactivate link to disable a service that is no longer valid or should be paused.
Enter the MSS reason and click Submit to confirm.
