Email Notification
The Email Notification Settings allows MSSPs to automate and streamline how scan-related alerts are delivered. MSSPs can configure custom notifications per customer website, choose the type and severity of alerts to monitor, and define recipient addresses, ensuring prompt awareness of vulnerabilities across all managed accounts.
Add a New Email Notification
- Navigate to: Setting - >Others-> Email Notification Settings
- Click the "+" icon before the "Add Email Notification" option.
- Select the website(customer) for which you want to set up notifications.
- Enable Application Audit Alert check box to receive notification for this alert
- Select the severity levels that will trigger notifications: Critical, High, Medium, Any
- Enter the recipient's email address where notifications should be sent(MSSP analyst, account manager, or customer).
- Save the Settings
- A success message appears, and the new notification is listed with the website, alert types, severity, and recipient email.
Edit an Email Notification
- Click the Edit icon under the Action column to update a notification.
- The Notification Details pop-up will appear for modifications.
Delete an Email Notification
- Click to select the row of the notification you want to delete.
- Click the "-" icon before the "Delete Notification" option.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click OK to proceed.
- The notification is then removed from the list.
- A success message appears:
"Selected Notifications deleted successfully."
