Configuring Custom Error Page in AppTrana

Customers have the flexibility to design personalized error pages, which are displayed during security challenges or when an error occurs.

This allows the creation of a meaningful error page while protecting sensitive server information.

Step 1: Create a custom error HTML page

Step 2: If there are dependencies like images or CSS, include a <base> tag in the <head> section of your HTML page, as shown below:

Syntax:

<base href="http://custom-page.apptrana.com/website-name/status-code">

Example:

<base href="http://custom-page.apptrana.com/www.website.com/406">

Note: During the display of the custom error page, specific request details can be incorporated using the following tokens:

REQUEST_TIME

Current GMT time

REQUEST_ID

A unique identifier assigned to each request processed by AppTrana

REQUEST_IP

Client's IP address from which the request was received
