The Reports page displays the list of reports with Name, Description, and Action. Different options like creating a report, scheduling a report etc., are possible in this page.

Edit Record

This option helps a user to edit a record.

  • Click  of a specific record. Create Reports page appears with report's name and description.
     

General

  • Click to update Name and/or Description of a report in General tab and click Save button.

    Report Type

    This option allows user to select report type of their choice.

    • Click Report Type tab to update the existing report type and click Save button.

      Columns

    This option displays the columns available and selected for a specific report. Do the following to update the columns:

    • Click an option and click to move an option from Available column to Selected column and vice versa.
    • Click  to move all the options from Available column to  Selected column and vice versa.
    • Click an option and click to move it from Available column to Selected column and vice versa.
    • Click to move all the options from Available column to  Selected column and vice versa.
    Want to include Unique Records too? Click the option to enable it.

    Criteria

    All the existing criteria appear and Criteria Pattern is given below as per the no. of criteria.

    Update or Edit Criteria

    1. Click Select Fields drop down, choose a field to update and followup the rest of the fields.
    2. Click Save button.
    3. Delete Criteria

    Delete option is visible only when there is more than 1 criteria and a customer can always edit the criterion  to update the existing criterion.
    1. Click DELETE button to delete a criterion.


    2. Confirmation pop-up appears as Are you sure you want to delete selected criteria?, click OK button if yes otherwise click Cancel button.

    3. Click Save button to save the update.

    Add Criteria

    1. Click Add Criteria button.

    2. Click the drop-downs in sequence and select a respective option to form the Criteria.



      With the successful update of criteria, Report Updated Successfully message is displayed on the top.

    Delete Record

    1. Click Delete Record option in Action column of a specific report.
    2. A Confirmation pop-up appears.
    3. Click OK button to confirm the action or click Cancel button.

    Run Report

    This option is used to view the reports as per the criteria. These reports can be fetched in PDFCSV, and Excel formats.

    • Click Run Report option in Action column of a  specific report. Run Reports page appears.

    The Run Report functionality helps a user to view reports as per the criteria chosen for a report.

    • Click to select the check box option for unique records.
      • Click any one of the options on the top-right side ro export the report in PDF, CSV, and Excel format.

      • Click Create Report button or Customize button to create a new report or to edit an existing file in Run Reports page itself.
      Click Customizing a Report or Creating a Report for further steps.

      Create a Report

      • Click Create Report tab in Reports page. Create Report page appears.

      Service Type
      • Click Service drop down, select the scan type and click Continue button.

      • Enter name, description and click Save button.
      An error message appears saying to select at least one column, click OK button. Columns option appears.
      • Click a specific option, click to move it from Available column to Selected column and click Save.
        (OR)
      • Click to move all the options from Available column to  Selected column and click Save.
      To view your Unique Records, click the checkbox to enable the option. 
      An error popup appears displaying "Please Select Criteria". Click OK button. Select Criteria option appears.
      • Click Select Fields drop down, click a specific filed and follow up sentence to create a criteria and click Save.

      • Click Add Criteria button, select a specific option from the following drop downs and click Save button.
      • Click DELETE button to delete a criteria.



        A Confirmation pop-up appears.

      • Click OK button to confirm the action or click Cancel button.



      • Click Save button to save the update.



      Schedule Reports

      • Click Report Schedule tab in the Reports page. Report Schedule page appears.

      The Scheduled Report list is shown with Schedule Name, Report Name, Active status, and Action options.

      Edit Schedule Report

      • Click   to edit a schedule report. Edit Report Schedule page appears.



      • Click and update the required fields and click Save button.



        Success
        pop-up appears.
      • Click OK button to close the pop-up.

      Delete Report Schedule
      • Click to delete a schedule report.

        Confirmation
        pop-up message appears, click OK to confirm.

      New Report Schedule

      • Click New Report Schedule button to create a new one.
      • Enter information in the specified fields and click Save button.
      Fields with red star should be filled as a compulsion.
      Parameter Description
      Schedule Name Enter a name for schedule report that need to be added.
      From Select an email address from the list you provided before.
      Select Report Click any specific report from the drop down.
      Start Date  & Time Enter date from when you need to schedule the report in the mentioned format.
      Time  Click time drop down and select a time for the report to run.
      Repeat Select from options of repeat drop down depending on how often you need the report.
      Report Format Select format as PDF or CSV
      Recipient Details Move the specific recipients from Available field to Selected field to get the report.

      Closure Report

      A Closure report identifies the vulnerabilities that are no longer found in any websites.

      • Click Service drop down, select a service and click Continue button. Closure Report page appears.

      • Choose the options as per your requirement and click Download button.

      Parameter Description
      Select report type Click Report Type drop down either to display Open or Closed  vulenrabilities.
      Select start date Select a date from the day which you want the report.
      Select end date Select the date till when you want the vulnerability details to be displayed.
      Select Groups Click Select Group option incase if you have more than 1 group, to view the closure report of that group.
      Select scan url Click a scan url from the drop down to display the closure report for that url only. This is optional.

      Summary Report

      • Click Summary Report tab in Reports page. Summary Report page appears.

      • Click Progress From field and select a date from when you need the report.
      • Click Till filed and select a date.
      At least one group is required to download a Sammary Report.
      • Select any group, click  to move a group from available list to selected list and click Download button.
      • Click to move all the available groups from available to selected list and click Download button .

      Comparison Report

      This option help user to compare last two scans between two selected groups or multiple groups.
      • Click Comparision Report tab to ḍownaload the report. Scan Comparision Report page appears.
      • Click to move an option from available list to selected list as per the selection and click Download button.
      • Click to move all the available options from available to selected list and click Download button.
